Position Overview:

As the Motivated Seller Getter/Negotiator, you will play a critical role in acquiring new property leads and negotiating favourable terms for quick property sales. You’ll work closely with property owners to understand their needs, present compelling offers, and secure agreements that benefit both the seller, our business and licensees/franchisees. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UK property market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and negotiation. 

You would know your ACRONYMS

Whether it should be a  BRRR or BTL, when to use a PLO rather than an EDC, or choose a R2R rather than and R2SA.

You also know the difference between supported accommodation and supported living (OK, you can Google that one!)

Additionally, knowledge of social media, SEO, and website development would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and target property owners who are motivated to sell their homes quickly. Utilise various channels including online platforms, direct marketing, networking, and referrals to generate leads.

– Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential sellers, building rapport and understanding their specific needs and motivations. Provide clear and persuasive information about our services and the benefits of selling through www.SellMyHousequickly.co.uk.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with property owners, aiming to secure favorable deals that align with the company’s goals and the seller’s needs. Ensure all agreements are documented accurately and in compliance with legal standards.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitive landscape. Use this information to inform negotiation strategies and offers.

Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with property owners, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Chase up lawyers, insurers, brokers, buyers and sellers to ensure deals get done quicker. Let’s not leave it to chance!

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies, share insights, and ensure a seamless process for property acquisition and sales.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, negotiations, and agreements. Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, negotiation outcomes, and market insights for management review.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, negotiation, or property.

– In-depth understanding of the UK property market and sales processes.

– Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

– Knowledge of social media, SEO, and website development would be advantageous

– Knowledge of various creative property strategies
